IB
http://www.pypattitudes.com/ - this might help you get your teeth into the IB attitudes with a nice set of videos to help communicate them to the kids.
MATHS
amathsdictionaryforkids.com - An excellent online maths dictionary with illustrated/animated examples from AIS favourite Jenny Eather.
HISTORY
http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/primaryhistory/ Great resources for primary level history.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/ - And of course bitesize.. tried and tested!
SCIENCE AND TECH
http://www.thunderboltkids.co.za/Grade6/03-energy-and-change/chapter4.html# Content and worksheets galore..
http://ictmagic.wikispaces.com/ - a quite fantastic wiki with a huge range of online based resources, covering ICT and almost all other subjects in between. My first place to look for ICT-based resources.
http://www.technologystudent.com/index.htm - a great resource full of links on Science and Technology, looking at forces, structures with examples from around the world
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/buildingbig/index.html - built to go with the PBS series "Building Big", this has some good demonstration about forces, building materials and structures
WEB TOOLS
http://domo.goanimate.com/studio - if you have the time and the patience... this is a cool tool for kids to design their own animation. Its fairly straight forward, but allow a lot of time to get a project finished. It can take a lesson to just get a 10 second result. But older kids will love it.
http://www.smories.com/ - It doesnt have a search tool unfortunately - but its a cute site with original stories read aloud by different kids at different age levels.
www.storybird.com - This is a great tool that allows students create their own stories. The stories can be then exported to a pdf and printed out for the library - parents or the school can even send the pdf to a print house to have the finished book published - a very unique way for building a personalised library of stories.
http://www.comicmaster.org.uk/ - This is another cool one to get kids expressing themselves.. again - they can spend a lot of time playing with the effects.. but if you keep them on task they can really express themselves. Attached below is a sample I made using this program.
http://prezi.com/explore/staff-picks/ - For presentations - but remember! Before you start designing one, check to see if someone has mad one already
http://www.teachertube.com/ - The teacher tube - as useful as it is rubbish. There's a lot of junk here, but if you look hard you can find some gems!
http://rubistar.4teachers.org/index.php - Rubric design - this is a gem. Sometimes you can't think of the words, rubistar provides a good base-set that you can then modify into your own. I wouldn't encourage using as is, but it can really help see the progression in a rubric.
READING
http://www.worldoftales.com/ Tales from around the world - from Brazil to Ireland
http://rhlschool.com/reading.htm Provides a nice variety of reading comps covering stories, essays and other.
WORKSHEETSPECIALS
http://themathworksheetsite.com/html_format/index.html - select what you want - bam! you got a worksheet - I like it when things are simple and they work
http://www.superteacherworksheets.com/ - It's not all free, you have to become a member to access all areas, but its nice and broken down by grade level, which is useful when finding age-appropriate stuff.
